The City e:HEV is a Strong Hybrid Electric Vehicle (SHEV) with a self-charging lithium-ion battery that produces a system combined maximum power of 126ps and a fuel efficiency of 26.5km/l. The Lithium-ion battery has a nominal voltage of 172.8 V, which will last for a long time. 

The Electric Drive Motor on the other hand is AC Synchronous meaning it produces a maximum power output of 109 ps at 3,500 rpm and a maximum torque output of 253 Nm at 0-3,000 rpm. And that’s not all either, the Petrol engine in the City e:HEV is a powertrain, whether used in tandem or on its own.

The all-new Honda City e:HEV is equipped with a water cooled inline 4 cylinder petrol engine with a displacement of 1498 mm. This petrol engine has a maximum power output of 98 ps at 5,600 – 6,400 rpm and a maximum torque output of 127 Nm at 4,500 – 5,000 rpm. Also, it has an outstanding fuel efficiency of 26.5 litres and an auto engine start/stop system for convenience, which negates the need for keys.
